Byzantine Arrow Tip. A nice Byzantine open-work arrow tip, c. 5th - 8th Century AD, with rounded base and tapering flat blade, the cut-out interior of which with four joined circles, long narrow tang a back. L: 5 ½” (14 cm). Intact with a stable oxide patina. Ex Los Angeles private collection.
