Chancay Chicha Jug. A fine Chancay canteen or chicha jug from Peru, ca. 1100 – 1450 AD. It is 8-1/2” high and is decorated on both sides with crosshatched diamond patterns. The spout has geometric designs and loop handles on each side. Intact, with good mineral deposits. Ex Pachenko collection. Value range $415 - $550.
