Phoenician Collared Jar, ca. 7th-5th Century BC. A tall Phoenician collared jar, ca. 7th - 5th century BC, the body tubular with rounded base decorated with concentric ridges, the neck lightly tapering with widely collared mouth with incised parallel ridges and rounded rim. A rare and rather interesting Levantine vessel. H: 9 ï¾¼" (23.5 cm). Restored from several sherds. Ex J. Rilling Estate. Value range: $250-350.
