A Syro-Hittite Votive Horse & Chariot. A Syro-Hittite horse and chariot, c. 2000 - 1500 BC, the horse simply modeled with tall ears, the chariot with tall seat, the back incised with two bands of vertical dashes. Horse: L: 2 ï¾½ in (6.4 cm); Chariot: 2 ï¾½ in x 2 in (6.4 x 5 cm). Well-preserved with light deposits. Chariot ex Harmer Rooke Galleries, acquired late 1980's, horse ex New York estate. Est Value $700 - $800.
