Byzantine Bronze Reliquiry Crucifix, circa 9th - 12th Century AD: A nice bronze cross with a detailed image of Christ, nimbate, raising hands in a benediction, flanked by angels. This cross can be worn today, the suspension loops are intact. The cross measures 43 x 22 mm; is perfect as a half; and has nice dark green patina.
