Augustus. 27 B.C.-A.D. 14 AR denarius (18.5 mm, 3.456 g, 6 h). Tarraco mint, Struck 19 B.C. CAESAR AVGVSTVS, bare head right / SIGNIS/ RECEPTIS/S-P/Q-R, around shield inscribed CL·V; flanked by aquila and standard. RIC 86a; RSC 265; BMCRE 417. aVF. 

The shield of honor was awarded to Augustus upon the return of the Roman standards captured earlier by the Parthians.
