CAB ..., diademed and draped bust right / COL TYRO METRO, Hermes-Thoth standing left, holding papyrus roll and caduceus; ibis standing left before, murex shell on palm tree to the right. Rouvier 2358; BMC -. F/VF, yellow highlights, pitting on obverse legend. Very Rare.

The attribution to Otacilia Severa is uncertain due to the lack of legend. This reverse type is not known for any empress at Tyre.
