An Egyptian alabaster jar, Middle Kingdom, c. 2061 – 1690 BC, ovoid in shape with flattened base, the mouth slightly narrowed with wide, flat rim. The inside has been bored vertically with concentric ridges running the length. H: 4 ½” (11.4 cm). Some weathering and minor chips.
