D N THEODOSIVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, helmeted an cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear over shoulder and round shield decorated with soldier on horseback riding right and spearing fallen enemy / VOT/ XXX/ MVLT/ XXXXЄ, Constantinopolis seated left on throne, with foot on prow, holding globus cruciger and scepter, and leaning upon round shield set on ground. Star in right field, CONOB in exergue. RIC 257; Depeyrot 81/1. EF.
