Chimu Figural Vessel from Peru, ca. 1100 - 1450 AD. A fine Chimu figural vessel from Peru, ca. 1100 - 1450 AD. It is 4-7/8" high and depicts a nicely detailed individual carrying a heavy burden. He is posed seated, with hands resting on the knees. The highly burnished slip shows good mineral deposits. Ex Cohen estate. Value range: $250 - $400.
