Chimu Bottle from Peru, ca. 1100 - 1450 AD. A superbly made Chimu stirrup bottle from Peru, ca. 1100 – 1450 AD. It is 8-3/4” high and is decorated with a pair of frogs at the base of the spout, which is mounted on a false lid. An adorable monkey is clutching the chimney. In excellent condition, with good mineral deposits. Value range: $400 - $600.
