ANTONINVS AVG PIVS PP TR P COS III, laureate head of Antoninus Pius right, draped left shoulder / AVRELIVS CAESAR AVG P II F COS, bare headed and draped bust of Marcus Aurelius right. BMCRE 169; RIC 420 var; cf. RSC 14. gVF. Very Rare. RIC only lists this obverse type for the aureus. BMCRE lists one plugged AR specimen. Very Rare.
