This thin-walled, widely flared jar is 6-1/2 in diameter, 5-3/4 high and is decorated with a band of recurved step-fret designs surrounding the rim. The red interior and cream slip show extensive mineral deposits. Vivid paint, old repair. Ex Gallatin estate. Value range: $400 - $600.
