Bronze Dagger, ca. 1000 - 600 BC. A fine Luristan bronze long dagger or short sword, ca. 1000 - 600 BC. This well-made weapon is 14-3/4" long, has a flattened mid-rib and sharp edges. Extensive ancient usage is evidenced by narrowing of the blade from resharpening. Strong mineral encrustation. Ex Khan estate. Value range: $175 - $300.
