Roman Terracotta Flask. A nice molded Roman terracotta flask, Egypt, c. 1st - 2nd Century AD, with flattened circular body and short neck with two small handles. Each side of the flask possesses a circular depression with a rosette at the center of a crossing strap pattern, small base at bottom. H: 1/2” (11.4 cm). Intact with traces of red slip and light deposits. A light age crack on one side.. Ex. Bonhams. Vale Range: $400 $450 .
