Aurelian. A.D. 270-275. AE antoninianus (23.8 mm, 5.26 g, 1 h). Milan mint. IMP AVRELIANVS AVG, radiate and cuirassed bust right / PIETAS AVG, Aurelian and Severina standing facing each other, each holding short scepter, sacrificing at altar between them; S in exergue. RIC 138. aVF. Rare. 

RIC notes "The figure which accompanies the emperor is variously described as a priest, a soldier, or the Empress." The figure here is clearly togate and female, it could only be Severina.
