Bactrian Stone Vessel, 2nd Millennium BC. A fine Bactrian stone container from Central Asia, ca. 2nd Millennium BC. This miniature oil lamp is 1-5/8 long, carved from black chlorite and is decorated with crisply incised geometric design panels on the sides. Perforated through the side walls for hanging. Highly polished, good mineral deposits. Ex Khan collection. Value range: $200 - $300.
