Inca Trade Currency from Ecuador, ca. 1400 - 1500 AD. A group of Inca copper trade currency from Ecuador, ca. 1400 - 1500 AD. There is a set of five ingots each 2-1/4” long, a couple that are 1-1/8” long and wrapped together with a textile remnant, a group of 1” examples, as well as a copper bar. The smaller ones of these are stuck together, but could be separated with some careful effort, for a total of about fifteen. Ex New World Artifacts Gallery. Value range: $250 - $400.
