VRBS ROMA, crested and helmeted bust of Roma left wearing imperial mantle / she-wolf standing left, suckling Romulus and Remus, two stars above; Θ on shoulder; SMTSЄ in exergue. RIC 187 var. (symbol); LRBC 838 var. (same). F/VF. Rare curiosity piece. 

Carved after put into circulation, presumably used as a gaming token.
