Nimbate bust of Christ facing, wearing pallium and colobium, holding book of Gospels; IC ? XC in fields to left. and right . / IS - XS / bAS - ILЄ / bAS - ILЄ, legend in three lines quartered by cross on 3 steps, pellet at end of each limb. SBCV 1823. Rough VF for type, Overstruck on class A follis, irregular flan, reverse a bit off-center, green patina with scant ochre deposits.
