A pair of Roman bronze implements. The first is a nice Roman bronze spoon, ca. 1st - 3rd Century. , with hemispherical bowl and straight handle, L: 5 in. (12.7 cm), the second is a lovely bronze handle for a tool or medical instrument, the end in the form of a swan?s head, two groups of ridges further down the handle, remains of an iron implement at end. L: 4 ? in. (12.1 cm). Both are extremely well-preserved. Ex Malter Galleries, Encino, Ca. Est. Value $150 - $200 .
