LET GLASGOW FLOURISH ·, Arms of Glasgow: bird and bell in tree, fish on trunk, rising from hill or mountain / NUNQUAM ARESCERE, river-god reclining right resting right arm on urn inscribed CLYDE from which water issues; he holds a rudder (?) in left hand. D & H Lanarkshire, Glasgow 2-5. Good VF, light natural toning, no detractions.
