Heraclius. 610-641. AE follis (31.7 mm, 14.24 g, 12 h). Constantinople mint, Struck 613/14. [dd NN hЄRACLIЧS Єt H]ЄRA CONSt (or similar), Heraclius, bearded, on left and Heraclius Constantine on right standing facing; each wears crown and chlamys and holds globus crucifer; cross between their heads / Large M; to left, A / N / N / O; to right, II / II (yr. 4); above, Chi-Rho; beneath, Γ; in exergue, CON. SRBC 865. VF for type, overstruck on follis of Maurice Tiberius, (fragments of reverse visible on obverse and some obverse legend on reverse rim) well centered on normally irregular flan, areas of weakness on obverse and reverse; green patina.
