IMP CAES L SEP SEV ALEXANDER (all "S's" are retrograde), laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Severus Alexander right / DEO AC SVB (S retrograde), Aesculapius seated right on throne, raising with right hand the left forefoot of a bull standing right before him // C G H I P. Cf. Roma E28, 284; RPC VI online 3877. VF, devices contrast with mottled green and brown patina in fields, somewhat crusty on reverse.
