Kings of Armenia. Tigranes II the Great. 95-56 B.C. AE tetrachalkon (21.6 mm, 5.35 g, 12 h). Tigranocerta mint, Struck ca. 80-68 B.C. Diademed and draped bust right, wearing five-pointed tiara decorated with star between two eagles / BAΣIΛEΩΣ - BAΣIΛEΩN / TIΓΡANOΥ, Tyche seated right on rocks, holding palm branch; at feet right, half-length figure of river-god swimming right; no controls. Kovacs 77; Bedoukian 92; Nercessian 52. Fine, green patina with earthen deposits, cleaning marks.
