All in Cufic script, concentric legend around inner line-border containing titles of Muhammed Zahir Shah / Afghan arch on three-step plinth, with mosque's dome and minarets at top and smaller arch within, flanked by Afghan flags / date - all within large wreath of grain. KM 940. AU, very light toning, otherwise as-struck.
