IMP [CAESAR TRAIAN (-VS) HADRIANVS AVG] , laureate head of Hadrian right / PONT [MAX TR P CO]S III; S - C // BRITANNIA, Britannia seated facing, right foot on pile of rocks, in attitude of mourning, head resting on right hand; holding grounded spear; large shield to right. RIC II 577a; C 197; SRCV 3676. Fine, large, round flan, much wear and/or legends weakly struck; a few corrosion pits; olive patina. RIC says "R2".
