A mixed lot of Near Eastern seals. Lot includes an Old Babylonian cylinder seal, c. 1900 - 1750 BC, with several standing figures, (L: 2.7 cm), a Neo-Assyrian hematite seal, c. 9th - 7th Century BC, with domed top and star on base, (1.3 x 1.2 cm), a rectangular carved black steatite seal from Northern Syria, late 2nd Millennium BC, with deeply incised avian device on base, (1.7 x 1.2 cm), a Jemdat Nasr hemispherical steatite seal, c. 3200 - 2800 BC, with large suspension hole and base decorated with five circular depressions, (Dia: 1.3 cm), a Sumerian black steatite bead in the form of a bull's head, c. late 4th Millennium BC, suspension hole through the eyes, (L: 1 cm), a pair of Syrian stone stamp seals in tan and grey steatite respectively, the bases with quadrupeds, (L: 1.7 cm & 1.4 cm), and last a Phoenician bitumen amulet in the form of a male bust, c.6th - 4th Century BC, decorated with incised circles, (2 x 2cm).
