Persian Spear Point #1. A large iron spear or javelin point from Western Persia, ca. 1000 - 600 BC. It is 4-1/2” long, has widely flared barbs and the prominent mid-rib characteristic of the type. In excellent condition, with strong mineral encrustation. Value range $150-$175.
