Constantine I "The Great" - Barbarous Imitation. c. 319-325 AD.. AE 3 (17 mm, 2.37 g). Laurel-helmeted cuirassed bust right; legend reduced to decorative border-element of "I's" / Two Victories standing, facing one-another, holding between them, over a an altar decorated with a large X with dots in its four quarters, a crowned, diamond-shaped inscribed shield meant to portray a vota inscription; legend completely reduced to a decorative border-element of "I's"; in exergue, 2 backwards "N's".
