Family of Theodosius - Barbarous Imitation. c. 380-385 AD.. AE Nummus (12 mm, 0.73 g). Diademed draped and cuirassed bust right; no trace of legend; heavy circular border / Seated facing City Personification (Roma or Constantinopolis) holding globe and spear; "legend" consists of meaningless strokes; in field, lugged-cross; in exergue, random strokes portraying a letter or letters.
