Postumus. Gallic Emperor, A.D. 260-269. AR sestertius - barbarous (23.7 mm, 6.33 g, 12 h). Treveri, A.D. 261. IMP C POSTVMVS P F AVG, radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / LAETITIA AVG, galley left, with rowers and helmsman. cf. RIC 73; cf. RSC 167a. aVF, silvered. 

This is probably a barbarous imitation, it has a very thick layer of silver on the obverse.
