Luristan Dagger. A large bronze blade, Luristan, c. 1200 – 1000 BC. This well preserved large dagger or short sword with thick midrib is 11” long and has a fine green patina. Cf. Moorey, Catalogue of Ancient Persian Bronzes in the Ashmolean Museum, p. 68, no. 42 for similar type.
