Michoacan Pedestal Dish. A lovely Michoacan offering dish from West Mexico, ca, 400 BC – 50 AD. It is 5-5/8” in diameter and stands on a flared pedestal base. The exterior rim is painted with various designs, including the Blue Worm motif. The interior is painted with red slip and shows extensive mineral encrustation. Ex Medlin collection.
