Iron Spear Point. A large iron spear or javelin point from Western Persia, ca. 1000 - 600 BC. It is 5-1/4” long, has an unusual diamond shape and the prominent mid-rib characteristic of the type. In excellent condition, with strong mineral encrustation. Ex Ohio estate.
