Maya Incised Cylinder. A large Maya cylinder from El Salvador, ca. 400 – 700 AD. This fine ribbed vessel is 6” high, 5-1/4” in diameter and is incised with pyramid designs. The rim band consists of unusual glyphic symbols and the slip is nicely burnished. Strong mineral deposits. Ex Tribal Treasures Gallery.
