Antoninus Pius. A.D. 138-161. Æ sestertius (32.4 mm, 24.66 g, 1 h). Rome mint, Struck A.D. 149. ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P TR P XII, laureate head right / TEMPORVM FELICITAS, COS IIII in, S C, crossed cornucopias adorned with a bunch of grapes and two grain ears, surmounted by busts of two boys facing each another. RIC 857; BMCRE 1827. aVF.

The infants are thought to represent T. Aelius Antoninus and T. Aurelius Antoninus, the twin sons of Marcus Aurelius and Faustina Junior born in A.D. 149. Unfortunately, both boys died in thier infancy.
