Previously there were only three known types of drachms for Faustina II from this year - an eagle, Ares holding Nike, and Isis-Sothis. While common for other rulers, this Nilus type is known only from regnal years 13 and 20 for Faustina II, and the latter lacks the crocodile beneath Nilus.
