Inca Aribalo. A choice Inca Aribalo with avian theme from Peru, c. 1300 – 1500 AD. This highly burnished blackware vessel is 8” high and is decorated with four panels depicting birds in flight. A nicely detailed example of a classic type, intact, with good mineral deposits and trails. Ex Sarmiento collection. $450 - $600.
