Lot 4-363. Huari Kero.

Huari Kero. A fine Huari kero from Peru, c. 650 – 800 AD. This fine polychrome drinking vessel is 4-1/2” high and 4-1/4” in diameter at the inward curled rim. It is elaborately decorated with the traditional geometric designs typical of Huari textiles. Intact, with vivid paint and good mineral deposits. Ex Pachenko collection. Value range $375 - $500.
