Chimu Polychrome Bottle. An unusual Chimu polychrome bottle from Peru, ca. 1100 – 1300 AD. This rare cross-cultural example is 8-1/2” high and is decorated in a style more characteristic of Lambayeque designs showing the stylistic influence of another culture on Chimu artisans during this period.
