Christ seated facing on throne, wearing nimbus, pallium and colobion; holding book of Gospels, star in right field; IC-XC in fields / Half-length figure of emperor wearing stemma and loros, holding scepter and globe cruciger. SBV 2047; DOC 33. F/VF. Scarce.

Although struck at Constantinople it imitates a type struck at Thessalonica.
