Maya Whistle Figure. A fine Maya whistle figure from Guatemala, ca. 400 – 800 AD. It is 4-1/4” high and depicts a priest standing with arms to the sides. He is wearing a large ceremonial scarf, incised loin cloth and dangling ear ornaments. Great tone on the whistle, as well as rattles on the hollow body cavity. Ex Eiserman estate. Value range $150 - $300.
