Greek Patera Handle. An attractive Hellenistic ceramic patera handle, c. 3rd - 2nd Century BC, nicely detailed, the end in the form of a ram with detailed head and tightly curled horns, the shaft of the handle with horizontal fluting. L: 4” (10.2 cm). Well-preserved with light deposits, mounted on an antique wood base. Ex Los Angeles private collection. Value Range $300-$400.
