A Coptic textile panel with floral motif, Roman Egypt, c. 5th - 7th Century AD, linen with wool embroidery, the rectangular panel with original hem on two sides, probably from a tunic, a central decorative band with three flowers joined with small leaves or fruit. 16 ½” x 7 ¼” (42 x 18.4 cm). Some losses, but with vivid color. Ex Nomis Antiquities. Value Range $100-$200.
