Chinese Neolithic Ceramic Jar. A very nice Chinese Neolithic ceramic jar, c. 3000 - 2000 BC, with tall spout and rounded tapering to a flattened foot, a pair of loop handles on each side. The entire vessel is beautifully decorated with swirling and concentric lines around a pair of oval and triangular panels containing a net-like decoration. H: 8 3/8” (21.3 cm). Repaired at bottom and rim with minor losses, old collection numbers on base. Ex Florida private collection. Value Range $400-$500.
