Jamacoaque Shaman. An ornate Jamacoaque figure from Ecuador, ca. 300 BC – 400 AD. He is 4-1/4” high, posed standing, with arms to the sides. The masked shaman is wearing a complex headdress and intricately detailed clothing, with extensive ceremonial regalia and jewelry. Nice remnants of rare red, gold and blue paint. Mounted on stand. Ex Rodrigues estate. Value range $400-$425.
