Crispus, Caesar - Barbarous Imitation. c. 320-325 AD.. AE 3 (18 mm, 2.74 g). Laurel-helmeted cuirassed bust left holding spear and shield; blundered legend: "ICRISSS..." attempts to portray legend / Two captives seated at base of standard inscribed with characters meant to portray a vota inscription on banner; blundered illiterate legend closely approaching decorative border-element status:"IIIIII- - ASIIIIV"; in fields, I - gamma; four unintelligible letters in exergue.
